Help: Quick Search

Quick Search is a simple way to find what you are looking for in Periodicals Index Online. A Quick Search box appears at the top of every page. You can use it to find all of the articles in Periodicals Index Online with a particular title or author, or all of the journals in Periodicals Index Online with a particular title or ISSN.

• Type the term(s) you want to search for in the Search for box.
• Choose whether you want to search for Article Title, Article Author, Journal ISSN or Journal Title (this includes alternative titles for journals which may have changed their name during their publication run) from the drop-down box.
• Click the Go! button.
• A Search results page will display listing the results that match your search terms. This will be an Article Search Results page or a Journal Record Search Results page depending on which you searched for.
